Noindex test page

Why this page exists

This page carries a robots meta tag with the value noindex, and it is also listed in the XML sitemap. Those two signals disagree: the sitemap suggests the page should be indexed, while the page itself asks not to be. A careful crawler reports the conflict instead of choosing one signal silently.

What a correct result looks like

The page is observed with status 200 and the observation records noindex as true. Search engines are expected to leave it out of their index.
