Is this a real business?

No. It is a test site for software. Nothing here is an offer, a review or a claim about any company.

Why are some pages broken on purpose?

Because the crawler has to prove it reports problems honestly. A redirect, a missing page and a robots block are each planted once so the expected answer is known.

Does the site track visitors?

No. There is no analytics code, no cookie and no script. The hosting provider may keep its own standard request logs.
